Proposal automation
From the call to the proposal, same day.
Proposal automation turns your discovery call into a draft proposal the same day. The scope, the price and the terms come from one record, so they can't drift apart across versions. You review the draft, and nothing's sent until you approve it. We run every proposal of our own this way.
An example
A two-person consulting firm, after a 2pm call.
The call transcript goes in. Out comes a draft with the client's problem in their own words, the scope the firm would normally write, its standard price for that scope and its usual terms. They edit what needs a human eye, approve it, and it goes out that afternoon.
Illustrative. Not a named client.
FAQ
Questions we hear first.
- What do we need to provide?
- A transcript from your call tool, plus a few proposals you've sent before. We set your prices, scopes and terms up once, from those.
- Does it send proposals for us?
- No. It drafts and you approve. Nothing goes out on your behalf without a person saying yes.
- How is this different from a proposal template?
- A template fills blanks. This starts from what was said on the call and from your own record of how you price and scope, so the draft already reads like you.
- Does it work with our CRM?
- Yes. It works inside the tools you already use. Your CRM stays your CRM, and the follow-ups after a proposal can be worked out from it too.
- What does it cost?
- Single user is $500 a month. Team is $1,500 a month with one seat included, and more seats are $500 each. There's a one-time onboarding fee, scoped to your work in your proposal. Prices are in USD.
