- What's included in a Claude setup?
- A free brainstorm, then setup with you: Claude connected to your files and tools, your decisions and standards saved once, and a person who checks in every month. You do no writing.
- Isn't Claude's own memory enough?
- Claude's memory keeps notes about you. CHIP keeps the business record: what was decided, why, and how you'd handle it, where your whole team and their tools can read it.
- Do we need our own Claude account?
- Yes. Each person works in their own Claude account, so the account and the chats stay yours. We set CHIP up inside it.
- Are you a Claude consultant or a software product?
- Both, in that order. A person does the setup and stays on. The software is what carries the memory from one chat to the next.
- Will Claude send emails for us?
- Not on its own. Nothing goes out on your behalf without a person approving it.
- What does it cost?
- Single user is $500 a month. Team is $1,500 a month with one seat included, and more seats are $500 each. There's a one-time onboarding fee, scoped to your work in your proposal. Prices are in USD.
