The questions we hear first.

What's CHIP?: It's the part of your AI that remembers. CHIP briefs your AI at the start of every chat and saves what you decided at the end, so it stops starting from zero.
Who's it for?: A person who's the answer to everything, or a team that keeps coming back to one person. If the same questions land on you first, it's built for you.
How does setup work?: A free 30-minute brainstorm, then we set it up with you from how you already work: your files, your calls, how you write. You do no writing. A person who knows your work then checks in every month.
How long does onboarding take?: It depends on your work, so we don't promise a number here. The scope and the one-time onboarding fee are set out in your proposal after the brainstorm.
What does it cost?: Three plans: Single user, Team and Enterprise, with the monthly prices on the pricing page. The monthly fee is flat, with no annual prepay and no success fees. Prices are in USD, and Canadian clients pay the same number in CAD.
Where does our data live?: Your files stay in your accounts. The one thing we hold is the record of what got decided and why, in a base we run for you, and you can ask for a copy whenever you like.
Could our information reach another client?: No. Each client's work sits in its own bases, so there's no shared pool.
Which AI tool does it work with?: It runs on the AI tool you already use, and on Claude today. If your company only allows its own AI, say so on the first call.
What if we stop?: Nothing switches off. Your files and records keep working, and you get the decision record handed to you on the way out.
Will CHIP send things for us?: Not on its own. We don't send anything on your behalf without a person approving it.
